A deposit to be paid of £40 per car at the time of booking to
secure the car and booking date.

Pre-payment in full at least 14 days prior to the booking
date.
The following terms also apply;

Currently NO UK VAT is charged.

Credit card payments are subject to a 3% surcharge.

The charge on your credit card statement will be listed as
'thelittleweddingcar'.

Any variations to the journey(s) originally discussed, booked
and agreed to between the Company and the Client may be subject to
additional charges, if these changes involve extra time and/or
distance being covered.

No hidden taxes, fees or extra charges will be payable upon
completion of the job, except where additional waiting time and/or
car parking charges have been incurred and these were defined and
agreed to in our quotation discussions, or as defined under
paragraph (6) above.

When a prospective client wishes to proceed on the basis of
the quotation given and the payment method agreed, they will
confirm their reservation by paying the appropriate deposit.

We reserve the right to alter our charges in extreme
circumstances, however prices are fixed at the time of booking.

We reserve the right to substitute any vehicle or
chauffeur/driver.

Without prior notice : The Company reserves the right to
amend, change, delete or add to these terms and conditions
whenever necessary.
Cancellation and Refund Policy

In the event of a "No-show" by the client, or if a booking is
cancelled by the Customer within 14 days of the start of the
period of hire, any and all monies paid will be totally
non-refundable.

If a booking is cancelled by the Customer prior to
14 days of
the start of the period of hire, any deposits paid will be lost,
other payments will be refunded. This does not include
sub-contracted related services.

Where substitution of vehicles is made by the company, should
the cars be unsuitable for the client and the service has not
commenced, the company will refund in full any payments made for
vehicle hire and champagne where paid for.

Every effort will be made by the Company to ensure that
the vehicle(s) arrive on time and reach destinations on time too. The
Company shall not be held responsible or liable for any delays
(and/or arising consequential losses) that occur beyond its
control.

The Chauffeur will travel by the most appropriate route on the
day, unless instructed otherwise by the Customer when term (7) may
apply.

Although vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third
party claims under British Law, Customer's properties are carried
entirely at their own risk and the Company shall not be held
responsible/liable for any loss/damage to such property.

The Company and its Chauffeurs have the right to refuse to
carry any passenger who is thought to be under the influence of
alcohol or drugs and whose behaviour poses a threat either to the
Chauffeur, the vehicle or any other passenger.

The Company maintains a strict non-smoking policy in all its
vehicles.
It is now a legal requirement that passengers or the drivers
are NOT allowed to smoke in the vehicles.

Nothing contained in these terms and conditions can affect the
Client's' statutory rights.

All prices quoted are based on a four hour hire,
unless otherwise stated. Where a hire exceeds this time, we
reserve the right to charge a waiting time for each car. This
charge will be payable to the driver directly.

If the hire exceeds the booked time, or is likely to exceed
the booking time after completion of the itinerary, the driver(s)
may at their discretion and after warning the client or the
clients representative take their leave if the client chooses not
to pay any additional charges in term (21) Or if the car is
required for another booking - term (23).

It is not company policy to book a vehicle for more than one
event per day, but where a booking may constitute only part of a
day i.e. an afternoon, the company may hire out the same vehicle
in the evening for a second booking. Where this happens, the
company will allow a 2 hour gap for the car to come back to the
garage before going out again.

Where payments are made by cheque, we reserve the right to
charge an administration fee of £15.00 for any cheques returned by
our bank to us for whatever reason.

Some of our drivers are 'Disclosure Scotland' checked. Where
this may be a requirement when vulnerable passengers are
travelling in vehicles, please advise at time of booking and we
will try to accommodate this requirement.

With the change in the law on September 18th 2006, we would
draw our clients attention to the height age requirements as
regards the law. The following site may be of help...

of booking tend not to include age and height of minors, it is
the hirers responsibility to alert our staff that special
seating requirements will be required to convey their guests in
a safe and legal manner. If 'thelittleweddingcar' has to provide
the legal requirement seating, additional costs may be incurred.
The appropriate equipment may be free issued by the client at no
additional cost.

A Deposit is defined in
this agreement as 'a payment given as a guarantee that an
obligation will be met by the client '.

In the event that fuel
charges, road mileage charging, car road fund license or any
other government taxation system comes into force in between
your booking and the commencement of service, we reserve the
right to re-negotiate the cost of the service to you. In the
event that agreement cannot be reached, all monies paid by the
client will be fully refunded out with terms 12 and 13 above.
This would typically be a rise in costs greater than 10% for a
booking made less than a year in advance.
